I am not sure if this was an accident, pilot error or mechanical problem. I am not clear when this picture was taken.

Thanks Ramin for inviting me to a group as an airline pilot in U.S. I appreciate your effort and love to contribute to your site. the picture of 747Sp is a front landing gear collapse in Tokyo airport about 3 years ago. from one of my sources (which is not confirmed )in Iran air it was due to Maintenance error "using wrong screw"thanksNima
