HELI-EXPO 2009 is right around the
corner, and several deadlines are approaching fast. Make sure that you
have completed the following activities by their respective deadline.
Hotel Reservations – Make final adjustments to your room block by January 12, 2009.
Exhibitor’s Certificate of Insurance – Submit your Certificate of
Insurance naming HAI, GES, Anaheim Convention Center and City of
Anaheim as additional insured by January 20, 2009.
EAC Authorization Form – Complete this form by January 20, 2009 if
you have hired an EAC to work on your booth. EACs also need to submit
their Certificate of Insurance by this date.
Exhibitor Registration – Register your booth personnel online or by
completing the Booth Personnel Registration form by January 23, 2009.
Additional Guest Passes – Purchase additional guest passes at a
discounted rate by January 30, 2009. Guest Passes will not be available
for purchase onsite.
Quick Reminder: The Exhibitor Services Kit is available online at www.heliexpo.com. For
those companies that requested a CD-Rom or Hard Copy of the manual,
they should receive them soon as they were mailed on January 5, 2009
